after putting the debug in the bin folder, I went back to the event viewer and this is the error.

Mark, to see the error, you must install the debug version I sent you, I think you installed a "release" version in recent days.

Yes, I did install a release version. So I went back and copied the dll and the debug into my bin folder again as you instructed in your email to me, but I do not get a more detailed error report in my event viewer. Is there something else I must do?

The module ID in the report is not the same as the current UMG module..

I tried to visit the rss feed of one of your gallery:
http://www.loopypix.jp/DesktopModules/BizModules%20-%20UltraPhotoGallery/Feed.aspx?ModuleId=4389&TabId=941

it works fine, so maybe module 4322 is no longer available but someone is still trying to access it?
