Hi,

Trying to upload music and attach to virtual tour gallery.

I found the place to add music but I can't upload anything.

I keep getting the error pasted at the end of this message.

Things I've done to try to fix it:
1) ensure that host settings accepts mp3 files...yes, we've uploaded them for a while to another module with no problems.
2) edit the web.config file...yes see below with brackets removed:

  httpRuntime useFullyQualifiedRedirectUrl="true" maxRequestLength="200000" requestLengthDiskThreshold="200000" executionTimeout="5500"
  httpCookies httpOnlyCookies="true" requireSSL="false" domain=""

I don't know what else to try. I would upload the file by FTP if there was a way to attach it to the module afterward.

Thanks,
Brenda

I've finally got a couple movies converted and uploaded with the UVG converter but they won't play in the UVG player. What am I doing wrong? Did I use the wrong converter? I downloaded the one that says without .Net. I already had a development environment set up on my desktop, so I assumed I already must have .Net installed.

Whenever you have time to look at my mp3 upload problem, could you please advise me on the video module also?

Thanks,

~Bee

I tried "I can't see it" and now the video works. Thank you so much! The video module just looks so awesome on our site!
I won't be able to try and upload another mp3 to the tour until later. I'll let you know how that works out. Thanks so much for your help!

Thank you for your help. I uploaded music again last night and the first attempt I got the same error as before,
and the second attempt the upload worked fine.

Now the tour works and the video module works.

I can't get any other gallery presentation packages to work. My pictures don't show up even though it looks like they are in the album.

Can you help? The module is on www.cowetacogop.com on the kids page link on the album tab.

I've tried everything I could think of, and I've tried different packages and none show any pics.

Thanks,
~Bee

your site is down, you may need to clear your database log file to recover it first.

thanks.

I didn't expect you to respond so quickly! I have a support ticket in with the web host to get the site back up.

If I knew how to clear that log I'd do it myself! Thanks so much, ~Bee

your gallery is run in Dynamic Gallery mode, so your albums and photos are ignored.

please disable Dynamic Gallery option in Settings screen.

thanks.

Now that I've got the video problems fixed, I'm back to working on the problem with the virtual tour music. It seems that if we try to upload anything over 4 megabytes we get an error like the one I posted originally in this thread.

Can you shed any light on this?

Thanks,
Bee

Just checking in to make sure you got my email.
Also, if we ever get the music upload problem fixed, is there a way to make the virtual tour
NOT autoplay? And are there sound controls somewhere that I'm just not seeing? People have been asking me about those
2 things and I don't find answers in the manual.

Thanks,
Bee

I got your email and I sent you a reply that I'll check it and give you further reply.

check Appearence screen to see if there is such a setting, if it isn't then this feature is not supported.

thanks.
