Hi there.

Some time ago I purchased SiteAnalyzer Developer Edition, my latest version is 2.5.6.

I was wondering:

1) Is this the latest version

2) Is it DNN4.8 compatible

3) What might be the upgrade Edition price if it's not the latest.

Many thanks

Arthur

1, yes, it is.

2, I didn't try it and i think it should work in DNN 4.8.

thanks.

Hi.

1) I have been trying it out and it appears fine until I try to run a survey OR if I try to select a user by the first letter of their name.

2) I am trying to compile the project and I note that Dundas Web Chart has been used to draw the graph. Do I need a license to use this component for the rebuild of Site Analyzer?

3) The sorce code zip file was labelled SiteAnalyzer 2.5.4 Src.zip, BUT the latest file that I recieved was called SiteAnalyzer 2.5.6 DE.zip. Do I have the latest source version?

Many thanks
Arthur

Hi again.

I've just downloaded 2.5.7 from amy snowcovered dowloads link, however there is no source code in this download either.

My Purchase details:
Invoice Number: 49843 on 3/2/2006

My original purchase included the source code.

Thanks for helping me out.

Arthur

the source code is ok, the latest PA just include some changes in the sqldataprovider.

did you install the core survey module?

you don't need a new license.

thanks.

Hi Sir.

I'm trying to upgrade the module to make it compatible with DNN 4.8 as the MemberRole.dll is no longer used with DNN4.8.

However I don't know what the conversion for the code would be that references the MemberRole.dll that was phased out a couple of versions ago. I've been tyring for the last 8 hours to sort it out.

Are you able to help me there?

Many thanks.
Arthur

PS Yes I had installed the core survey module, but Site Analyzer was looking for a prior assembly version, so that is another reason to recompile the code.

I don't suppose you would consider upgrading the source to make it dnn 4.8 friendly :) It is an awesome module.

Arthur, I'm glad to help you if I can, but I even don't know Memberrole.dll is no longer used in DNN 4.8, so actually we face same difficulties when try to make it compatible with DNN 4.8. you have the source code, so you may need to investigate it by your self.

thank you.
