Is there a way to change the author of a video to another member once it has been uploaded? . . . E.G. if you have 5 fictional authors that you want to allocate videos to once you have uploaded them from your admin account?

no, but you can do it manually, the author is saved in UVG_Video table, CreatedByUser column, you can find out the id of the author and manually alter this column. thnaks.
