You have to enable site log both in Site Settings and Host Settings.What error did you get ? Thanks.

Firstly thanks for responding.The error which it throws is:"A critical error has occurred.General network error. Check your network documentation."In Between i had done reseting to both site as well as host site log to 30 days before last posting.thanks,Vishal
It seems to be a sql server connection error. does it still exist ?
Please post more detailed error message in log viewer.Or please post the url of your portal and the password of your host account in "Contact Us".
