Hi,

I have just uploaded & installed:

UMG 9514_0_UMG+5.2.2_DNN4.zip,

Now the following error appears: 


A critical error has occurred.
Multiple controls with the same ID 'ctr' were found. FindControl requires that controls have unique IDs.

Please Help as I am now unable to use the UMG module anymore and it is a big part of my website.

generally there should be another error beside this one in DNN Event Viewer, can you find it?

well, your DNN version is 4.0.2, right? you should upgrade your DNN first, UMG requires DNN 4.3.5+.

I have upgraded to the newest version of DNN, it is at the following address:

new.aditudeadvertising.com.au

I want to transfer my site from:

aditudeadvertising.com.au 

to the new subdomain name.

Including UMG.

The problem is i dont have the password for my copy UMG i purchased.

When i tryed to get the serial by auto responder the email that gets sent doesn't contain my serial .

All i really need is UMG working on this new install of DNN at the address above.

Are you able to help?
