Q: I'm in the United States, but the IP Lookup tab shows "N/A" instead of "United States". Do I have a problem with my IP lookup? Do I need to do anything to enable it?

A:Generally. about 10 percent to 15 percent IP addresses will be classfied to "N/A" because thay are unknown. you know. IP allocation is fitful.

We are using SiteAnalyzer in an intranet environment that spans several countries.  It would be helpful to report on usage based on our various subnets, but these are not public ips.  How can I define the ip subnets that we use and add to SiteAnalyzer?

You can do it. but a little complex. I'll get you a brief introduction about it later.

Thanks.

Thanks.

I have populated the BIZ_Modules_IPDB table with some of our subnet info and set the SQL provider as default in the control panel.  I am now getting the following error when clicking on the IP Lookup tab of Site Analyzer...

A critical error has occurred.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Your help is appreciated.

Please copy some rows in the IPDB table. and please also attach detailed error message in log viewer.

Thanks.
