    I'm trying to add a location and I'm gettiing a Google error. I've reached out to you several times and I've gotten no response. I really would appreciate it if you could address the issue.

    I tried to upgrade to latest version 1.... No help

    I tried to upgrade to latest version 2 from version 1... That was a disaster.

    I sent emails to you and so did my management team. I could use a response sooner than later.

    Good product... bad service - I'm really getting frustrated.

    This problem was introduced since last year by a google API update. Now everyone must have an google API key to access the google maps service.

    You can upgrade to version 2.x to fix this problem. The new version includes an (shared) API key in default, and it allows you to enter your custom API key.
