Not all past events are showing in calendar view

    Events over 30 days old are not showing up consistently in the calendar view. The calendar header will state that there are events that were found but does not display them all. I've looked at events both in the manage screen and directly in the database to see if there were any differences in the data of events that are showing and ones that are not, and I could not find anything. My client really wants to be able to see these past events.

    Any thoughts?

    Events 30 days older should be archived, so they should not be displayed at all. However, it should not be counted toward the number of active events.

    Hi,

    We would also like to have the ability to see events that are older than 30 days on the calendar. We're using Flex Events for our city website and our citizens and staff are frequently asking why they can't see past events on the calendar. Is there any way to modify this? Thank you.

    The EventExpires option in Config.xml can be used to change this. Remember to restart your website after modifying it.

    Thanks for your help! I changed the EventExpires option to 365 in the Config.xml, and then restarted the website through the Evoq CMS, but I'm not sure if it worked. I tried to test it by creating an event that occurs in the past (10/1/2017) and the event doesn't show up. Not sure what's wrong.
