There are some usability issues with "Manage Bookings" that I would like to suggest some changes for.

    1. The initial view shows: Booked Events (default) or Current Events. The Booked Events list does not show events where a booking was made but not paid for. We have a lot of events that have the option of online or offline payment but people often pay offline. This means that unless someone has completed an online payment the event will not show here under Booked Events. It would be more user friendly to show any event with any booking filled out regardless of payment status.

    2. Managing Bookings for an event - the default view here is PAID which doesn't help when you have a mix of Online & Offline payments. It would be more efficient to show all bookings in the list with a column for the payment status, OR at least a checkbox to filter the list so you can see Paid and/or Not Paid.

    Thanks for considering these ideas!

1, You are right that the "Booked Events" does not show unpaid bookings. However, if an event is still current, you can find all of its bookings, including unpaid bookings, in "Current Events". Doesn't this work for you?

2, I don't fully understand this. Do you mean to have an option to show paid bookings and unpaid bookings on same page?

    1. - I suppose that will do to view "Current".

    2. Yes I do mean that I'd like to see all in one list, paid and unpaid - maybe a toggle option to choose one or both. I assume this would also affect when you want to download as PDF or Excel.

I recorded your suggestions, and it will be reviewed in future upgrades.

    Thanks.

Yes. I see a similar issue, but also that the capacity limit is not enforced for unpaid bookings. In my case all payments are made the day of the class, so this is a deal breaker for me. I need course registration to close at 12 bookings without someone having to go in and manually mark each booking as paid.

Only booking managers(users with manage permission) can manually mark an unpaid booking as paid. Usually we think it is ok to let booking managers overwrite the limit. Don't you trust your booking managers in your scenario?

To follow up on what Griffin is talking about. As I had explained in our usage scenario before we don't use the booking managers to manage our training events. I have built custom modules using xMod to where our Office Managers can see who has paid and not paid on the bookings they are responsible for. Considering 99% of our bookings are paid using a Purchase Order aka PO the booking limits can be skewed becasue of the system seeing them as unpaid even though the PO Number submitted is a promise to pay. Thus we end up with issues over overbooking becasue the way the system functions. I would rather have a option to where I could choose a check box so any and all bookings regardless paid or unpaid goes against the limits or unchecked preforms as normal. Or add a payment option to include Purchase Orders and supply a separate text box to key in the PO number so it would reflect a paid status.

I'll consider to add a confirmation when manually marking an invoice as paid produces overbookings.
