When we try to upload any videos, we are getting this error when they are processed from the queue (see this when I visit ceq.aspx):

Failed to encoded video with error code System.OverflowException: Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow. at VideoMeta.get_LowQualityWidth(Int32 maxHeight) at BizModules.UltraVideoGallery.UVGEdition.EncodeByMencoder(FileSystemController fscInstance, String strVideoMappedPath, String strVideoFileName, String& strFlv, String& strH264, VideoMeta& video) at BizModules.UltraVideoGallery.UVGEdition.DoVideoConversion(FileSystemController fscInstance, String strVideoMappedPath, String strVideoFileName, String& strOutput, Decimal& length, Decimal& aspectRatio, String& flvName, String& h264Name) at BizModules.UltraVideoGallery.FileSystemController.ConvertVideo(String strVideoPath, String& strVideoFileName, Boolean& isAudio, String& strOutput, Decimal& length, Decimal& aspectRatio, String& flvName, String& h264Name, String& embedCode) at BizModules.UltraVideoGallery.FileSystemController.AddVideo(VideoInfo& objVideo, String videoPath)

They disappear from the queue, and never show up in our video library. We are running 6.0.4 revision 34689.

I did create the log.txt file, but I don't see any errors in there.

    Thanks
    Jim

Couple other notes on the issue. Seems to happen on any video we try. Currently just using the 30 second wildlife.wmv from Windows 7 sample video folder.

Tried different settings but currently at:
Low Quality Version: H264 main profile
    Low Resolution: 480p
High Quality Version: H264 main profile
    High Resolution: 1080p HD

Cloned a copy of our production OS, and put a clean copy of DNN (Evoq Content 8.1) and latest UVG, so we could test outside of production server and see if we get the same errors. Can't get passed Permission Check though.

    Emailing you credentials to login.

I'll check your email and give you further reply.

Basically you need to install the binary pack properly, and ensure "Execute" permission is granted to the Binaries folder.
