UVG for DNN 8.4.2

    We have just run a test upgrade to DNN 8.4.2 from 8.1 and UVG stops working. On the player page, we get an error message saying to check the event log, however there is no error in the event log or in the site log viewer. All we see is "A critical error has occurred. Please check the Event Viewer for further details."

    Just wondering if there will be an update for this version?

    The error has nothing to do with UVG. However, you can email me your host password if you wish me to investigate this issue for you.

    I didn't see such an email. Since the email doesn't arrive, you can create a help desk ticket on store.dnnsoftware.com, which will definately not be missed.

    You should have got a reply by email. The issue is caused by inconsistencies in your folder structure on disk and folder structure in database.
