Using the UVG Converter 5 i got a message "Unable to load website list". Seems like the application could not read the file C:\Program Files\BizModules.net\UVG Converter 5.1\websites.xml.

When I right click the UVG Converter application C:\Program Files\BizModules.net\UVG Converter 5.1\ UVG Converter.exe and click "Run as Administrator" the application loads and allows me to edit the default website.

So you fixed it? another client had a similar issue and was also able to fix it by "run as administrator".

Well after this change I tried encoding a video and got an error "Unable to encode video". Checked the C:\Program Files\BizModules.net\UVG Converter 5.1\Output folder like you suggested and it was empty.

I granted full control permission on the C:\Program Files\BizModules.net\UVG Converter 5.1 folder to all users and run the program as administrator like before ... it worked fine: encoded the video and uploaded it.
