I had some trouble with the upgrade to enterprise on snowcovered. I previously purchased two copies of UVG 1.5 in June for use on two seperate DNN installations. This entiled me to a 20% discount on UVG 2.

I wanted to upgrade to Enterprise but it didn't seem to recognize any previous purchases. I then tried to purchase 2 copies of Standard...but the cart only put in a qty of 1.

In the end I purchased one copy of UVG 2 Standard, with my 20% discount. I still want to upgrade to Enterprise but while the notes for the product say this can be done by paying the difference, it still goes in the cart at full price.

Please let me know how I can upgrade to Enteprise and receive the credit for my Standard purchase (and any additional credit for my previous second copy of standard).

I can't wait to see this in action.

I'm sorry, it's my fault, I forget to set the discount from standard to enterprise, now check it again.
