We have moved our site from a GoDaddy shared envoironment to a new dedicated server to get around some of their security limitations (no excess to cmd.exe) and to take advantage of all the features of UVG. We have reinstalled UVG 1.3 on the new box so our serial number needs to be regenerated because we are getting an error saying it is already in use for that domain. I sent in an email with the manual activation key to service@bizmodules.net. How long does it usually take to turn around a manual key?

I check my email box many time every day.

A possible reason is your email (or my reply) is blocked by our email servers.

could you please resend your email to both service@bizmodules.net and rongers@hotmail.com?
