When I try to buy Professional Edition, Additional License (after buying single/multi use license) in Snowcovered (http://www.snowcovered.com/Snowcovered2/Default.aspx?tabid=242&PackageID=18930) I get an error:

Sorry, the seller has not finished configuring this listing.
The seller has been contacted.
Please submit a Help Desk ticket if you have any questions.

Please let me know how to buy the license I need
