UMG 8 comes with a free iPhone application - UMGUploader.

All 30+ presentations are available in UMG Professional Edition, Standard Edition and even Express edition, but you are limited to create 3 galleries per portal in UMG Standard Edition.

3.       New TripleLayerSlider presentation
This new presentation offers a very cool Android-style multi layer slider effect, it’s ideal for home page sliders and rotators.

4.       Clean and neat interface
Many users complained that UMG is powerful but there are too many options which may confuse new users, in UMG 8 we did a lot of work to make the user interface clean and neat.

5.       Suggestion for appropriate presentations
UMG 8 offers 30 presentations, which makes it hard to choose for new users, but UMG 8 can give you suggestions after answering some simple questions.

6.       Crop large images
UMG is able to resize large images to predefined resolution, but it always keeps its original aspect ratio, in UMG 8 you can force UMG to crop images before resizing so all large images can have exact same resolution in your gallery.
